I was responding to a post where Longnshort proposed that third world peoples (who are usually non-white) tended to have corrupt societies because they had evolved differently. That is racist at its foundation.

A criticism that may seem harsh can also be true. I despise racism as ignorant and I sometimes have little patience for the ignorant.
