You think money solves this? Is it really that simple? Money doesn't buy happiness, but you can buy a great big boat and sail right up next to it. Of course it will take more than money to solve Iraqis desire to blow each other up on public busses, but you aren't going to remove that bizarre desire of theirs by starving them.
