hubris, jim does have attorneys...i and several other shareholders brought the whole affair to his attention to take action, and he responded...so, i was extremely pleased as a shareholder... the action in september was definitely "helped" by over-margined longs as well, and so when the $6 and $5 levels were hit, those margined accounts were getting hit with some big time calls...those shorting TRE wanted this to happen and they succeeded by forcing people to dump their shares into weakness just to meet their margin calls...
