I think this line of discussion is significant, because it suggests that there are a number of companies concerned about the Remedy pricing model.

One way or another, whether it is with RxTools or general pressure on the company, it suggests that Remedy customers are unhappy with the Remedy pricing scheme, and Remedy will have to rework it - which generally means lower prices/lower margins.

I do think RxTools probably has something which many Remedy customers could find attractive.
