Another possible explanation for CUBE's rise on Friday? Perhaps there were several institutions that like CUBE but were sitting on the sidelines until they received a positive financial signal from CUBE such as good earnings. They may have received a positive signal such as a positive earnings leak or bond call (which would indicate good earnings) on Friday, and then jumped in. Some momentum action may have fueled the fire.

There may be speculation by some (not me) about whether this stock will go, but I bet there is consensus that if this stock goes, it will rise quickly. The big guys don't want to miss the boat, but they won't invest early.

Just my own speculation to throw into the collective hat.
