Yes, all high school freshman should be required to have sex with an instructor (hopefully only aged about 18 or 19 or so) while the male party wears a condom. Condoms should be freely given out in school. Oral sex should be recommended as a way to avoid pregnancy in 7th and 8th grade. I agree with you completely on this one!
