I broke out laughing when I saw this on TV. Fox news had a talking head on a few days ago to support not raising the minimum wage and to give reasons why it shouldn't be raised. One of his reason was that if all of the people who worked for minimum wage got a raise it would cause interest rates to go up so far that they wouldn't be able to afford their mortgage payments. It had to be about the worst reasons I have ever seen given for anything. The Fox news person didn't question the talking head about it.
