They didn't impose term limits.

So you are saying you agree with much of what I am saying just not solving the problem?

Its hard to tell for certain, but I guess I think the problem is bad but not quite as bad as you do.

I think that term limits will have a small positive effect on it, possibly even a moderate positive effect on it, but not a major positive effect.

I am more reluctant to rule someone out of bounds for being elected. I generally think the voters should chose.

Because of those three things I used to be an opponent of any type of term limit. Now I might accept a more limited type of limit than what you propose.
