Zeev, we agree on the OPEN-BORL arbitrage opportunity.. I have a fundamentally different view of management.

Yes, I happen to think that in BORL's case the "management teams are absolute idiots". They might understand technology but have very little Fortune 500 experience where BORL's 'enterprise' products supposed to sell. None of BORL's top managers worked for these companies, they don't understand the issues etc...

I think BORL has good technical ideas with terrible management; the company should be groomed to takeover. That is my reason to be in it. A $200-300M revenue company won't be able to survive on the long-run; without the OPEN dilution they are a relatively attractive takeover target.

OPEN is taking BORL for a ride, Mr. Honig - an active participant here in the past - is very quiet since OPEN's last quarter disaster...

ML funds and their analysis.... oh, c'mon. ValueLine, after "careful" analysis, recommended BORL a couple of months ago at $20 as their highest ranking (1) stock in the portfolio. Analysts are scrapshooters .. they just make a lot more money...
