Unfortunately I am not.

In retrospect perhaps not the best timing (duh) but I was doing a bit of rebalancing. Finding an undervalued stock is one thing, growing old waiting for enough other folks to agree and reprice it is another. At some point I started thinking I must have been a little too optimistic. I have done well enough on it over the past couple of years (trading around the 'core' position I sold last week) but obviously do wish I had managed just a little more patience.

I have been thinking of doing the following experiment: Go back over the past few years of monthly account statements, and value the portfolios I had at each of those points in time as of today. Not sure I would like the results, relative to where I am now.

Best to all holding this one.
