Dear Chuck,

At this point, I agree about the high reward part, however the risk is extremely low. In retrospect, I think you'll agree that it was much riskier holding this pup at say 3.50, than it is now.

As far as dykes go, there's nothing lowly about them. Tonnage can run up quite high on these as well. Of the 13 dyke intersepts encountered on west side of Snap, there were several significant intercepts one of which measured 6.2 m width. Typically dykes run several kilometers or more. If we extrapolate with say only 3 m width over just 1 km at a working depth of 500m(reasonable), we arrive at approx. 4 million tons of diamondiferous kimberlite. When you compare this # with the average N.W. pipe of say 10-12 million tons, it doesn't look too shabby. Remember Winspear intercepted dykes in 13 drill holes- Of course some intercepts may have occured on the same dykes.

My main concern at this point is we are NOT being kept abreast of developments concerning the portable drilling that has been going on at the west side of Snap lake this summer. We are being badly informed by this outfit, and it reaks of price manipulation, deceit, and yes heavy accumulation at these levels. Do not be deceived by RT and crew- HOLD YOUR POSITIONS.

PS- It's starting to look like " Shorty" has had his day. In the words of Mr Fix
