Tex-strictly speaking an auditor is not required for a 10-Q filing, although in practice they generally review them. I don't think it matters, however, as there is no real reason for the company to continue to file. It's really quite dead, and as soon as the remaining cult members give up hope it will sink to illiquid zero land.
