Taxing the rich will indeed not balance the budget, but it will help. Cutting spending is also necessary, as is an exposure of how Congress 'brings home the pork'. A solution in Iraq is needed, so that we can stop flushing money down that toilet.

All are necessary to get back to the good ole Clinton budget days. ;)

PS Rubin is a smart guy. I think we should listen to him, rather than Bush's advisors (team #3, or is it #4?)
