I heard a news documentary yesterday about how wineries are starting to operate in Nova Scotia and even Newfoundland as the result of climate change. Current wine growing regions like Australia, much of California, and the south of France will be out of the business within decades, as grapes can't take too much heat. Maybe before I die I will drink excellent wine from the Yukon... LC
