My hunch will be that Junior has to lay off his toxic agenda during lame duck time. No new wars and no new fiscal attacks on average Americans. There will need to be some high level co-ordination (Baker-Pelosi?) on exactly what will constitute non-impeachable behaviour until 2008. And that cannot be guaranteed. There are enough thoroughly pissed off and disgusted Congressfolks in the new Dem majority to go after the chimp in any case.
