Interesting post. Much of what you said I am familiar with in my own life as I have CVD myself.

I have read and followed Whitaker for years, read his newsletters and books. Also have read Ornish's book on reversing heart disease.

The one thing you mentioned that I am not familiar with is Rowland. Could you point me to some of his writings? I would like to check him out.
