Okee yes we have, and frankly I do no think these shares offered are such bad news, it could be anything from someone needing cash badly to people positioning themselves to exploit an upcoming rally. After all, the stock closed at the high part of its recent trading range. While normal technical yardsticks are difficult to apply to a pink sheet company, a close above 2.125 is, nevertheless significant. Reading these technical tea leaves, we may be starting a new trading range between I would guess, 2 to 3. Zeev
