If in fact this info of the short interest rise is correct this would be 100% proof that the pff'd manipulated this stock this month. and I am ready to sue, The nasd has not heard the end of this story. This is typical manipulation in reg-s issues. Many companies fight it by delaying of issueing converted stock

But this sure has the all the signs of manipulation.
