I sure hope so, but another storm is coming in tonight with rain and winds for a couple of days...temp in the mountains will rise to 7500 feet until it turns to snow...which will melt the snow, go into the rivers, etc. Hopefully, it will be slow. We've all been lucky here for a long time...no much rain. Then when we have some, it rains a years worth in a week. Odd that.
