GWAQ strong again this morning. Their deal was first announced on September 13, 2005. It is a quirky deal, but it finally looks like it will get done.

Are you still holding the warrants?

InterAmerican Acquisition, which filed its initial S-1 on June 6, 2005, filed its 10th amendment on November 13, 2006. This is the oldest blank check company deal still in registration.

InterAmerican is now looking to raise $64.8 million, down from the original $90 million.

Other changes: The underwriters are going to defer a total of $2.6 million in fees and the insiders are going to purchase $1.3 worth of warrants directly from the company (as opposed to purchasing them on the open market).
