There are any number of Muslim individuals, or groups (like Al Qaeda) that are conspiring against the west and/or against the US. But "All Muslims play a part and have a role in this conspiracy" is silly, both because there isn't one huge conspiracy but a lot of small to moderate sized ones, and because many Muslims don't support the effort. You mentioned staying silent, well not all Muslims do, a number of them openly condemn terrorism and violent extreme fundamentalism, but even for those who do stay silent, doing nothing is not taking part in a conspiracy. You mention that Muslims have a higher fertility rate then most others. True but that's hardly a conspiracy. I doubt many followers of Islam are saying to themselves, "you know we should have a dozen kids so that Islam can take over the world". You say that "Muslims do not and have never lived in peace with non Muslims", that's not true. They have had a lot of conflict with others, and have a fair amount of conflict today, but its not like there history has been non stop unending war. Its also not like non-Muslims have been continually at peace.
