There are lots of high class zinc deposits in Kanuckistan. Most are in BC and the Yukon. They are about 15 to 60 million tons with grades from 3% Zn to 10% Pb-Zn.

Cu-Zn deposits flourish in Quebec. R-N, Val D'Or, Chibougamau, Mattagami, Ville Marie, Gaspe. There may be good copper in the Ungava, don't know about Zinc. Eastmain area may be productive, not much work. Globex? (Jack Stoch) has a lot of them farmed out. Ontario has few. It has zinc here and there, but the sizes are small mostly. Only a handful of large ones. New Brunswick has a few VMS cu-zn deposits. Not much explo on these for the last 6 years. Manitoba has Cu-Zn potential as evinced by Hud Bay work under Kauffman.

I should put that mine and mineral potenial map on the web sometime for Kanuckistan. GSC thingie. A good google would be Canadian Mineral Potential GSC.. gsc.nrcan.gc.ca
