So far, in the city, all the bad weather is doing is making driving any distance VERY difficult and dangerous. People still drive on the freeways 65-75+ mph, talking on their cell phones, and not being able to see more than a few car lengths ahead, because of the rain, or the rainfog that swirls around on freeways.

But I am worried for Neeka and the property....Hopefully they won't get his by more melting snow to the rivers, making them rise again...
