You may not believe their dumb broker but that dumb broker as well as many others made statments in black and white. Also when did the transfer agent issue your certificate I am sure it wasn't done on the day that you called. If your certificate had been processed than the transfer agent whouldn't have a problem with your request it's the ones that havent been processed that may be causing a problem. But don't take this wrong everything may be just fine only time will tell.
