thinking more along the lines of what burning this additional oil would do environmentally...a kilogram of methane warms the planet's atmosphere 23 times as much as the same amount of carbon dioxide. Very interesting. I just want to make a buck and travel, before it all goes to pot. I did my travelling years ago...overland to India during the 60s and 70s when I was in my teens. Now having kids and expanding my time horizon...thinking about sustainability more now that I am thinking about the world they will inhabit. Traveling is the best thing you can do. See those glaciers before they melt. I don't think traveling takes a fortune. I usually found that having money usually seperated me too much from the cultures I was trying to observe. I'm sure you can hike in Glacier Nat'l Park and learn plenty. Canadian side is probably more affordable assuming the loonie is still cheap vs the dollar. SC
