I listened to the ARRS presentation at UBS last night. UBS marketed ARRS's debt along with Deutsche. So perhaps they will come out with the "independent" coverage of ARRS with a Buy of coarse. Nothing new for me at the presentation. They were evasive on what they wanted to buy and when. They said they raised the cash now to make any bid more powerful to the buyee (paraphrased).
