UBS presentation:

Despite a tone so different some of us didn't even think it was Hassan, I only heard one thing I would qualify as new. Answering his own question about whether Sonus has the scale to meet the needs of large operators moving to IP Voice, he talked about how IP requires fewer but much more talented service/support personnel versus TDM. The quote was:

"We have the best support organization(in this space), some of the most demanding operators are selecting Sonus FOR their support capabilities."

So he is saying carriers are breaking incumbent relationships not in fear of a smaller vendor's ability to service and support the new network, but in some cases because they have concerns about their incumbent's ability. A very big deal IMO.
