Back from the BANK????? You are suppose to do that Bond stuff online! Rufus learned everything he needed to know about bonds on the internet. He told Simon that. that is where his expertise comes from. apparently you can just block off a bond and enter it into the euroclear system and it is yours to hypothecate - something like that according to Rufus.
