TRMS is another one that won't have to worry about taxes for a while.<g>

Back in March it had little spike after its 4th Q results swung to a profit of $0.17/shr from a loss of $0.27/shr in 2004. The company then said that it expected continued profitability in 2006, but with the renunciation of Charles Sanders from the board & possibility of a NAZ delisting, the upmove was cut short at the $14.92 level <g>

Since then TRMS continued to report better revenues & earnings remained on the black column. EE for 2006 are around $0.20/shr vs. the $0.37/shr loss in 2005

The downgap of Oct.12 has been closed & this month it has had two upgaps (Nov.8 & today) that remain unclosed.<g>

Today's upmove on volume of more than 4.446M was after it announced yesterday its plan for reorganization, aimed at generating 2007 earnings "well in excess of" $1 a share.<g>

If the "reorganization" & its deal with Roche work as expected
the stock next Yr could be trading above $25 <g>
