but they have it with very light dressing. I don't know where the calories would come from- except from the dressing. It's white meat chicken, a bread bun, a tomato and some lettuce. I think most of the calories must come from all the yucky extra dressing they slather on. If you have it dry, or with very light dressing, I'd think it probably drops a few hundred calories off.
