Well, Alexander and his Ragtime Band effectively seized control of CSHD by ousting the Rufus 'ruffians', went to court minus lawyer for the SEC lawsuit, signed some SEC filings and issued news releases, all based on having the controlling majority of shares to do all that. Then he apparently decided that the gaping hole was getting too deep so he stopped digging and handed his shovel to Rufus who immediately started digging again. Alexander and his Ragtime Band are now trying to soft shoe shuffle out of harms way but they'll soon be trying out some new tap-dance steps I think. It's great fun to watch this fiasco but hard to keep up with the all the changes of players.
