I understand that it is not as effective as smoked pot and is more expensive. The primary benefit is that it is legal.

I would be very interested in how well marinol worked for people going through Hep-C treatment. (Studies have shown that people smoking pot are three times more likely to be cured by the standard treatment than those not smoking.)
