My hunch is Alexander is trying to make good his escape,
along with Moseley.
Here is a start on understanding the players and their
connections within a now divided company.
Alexander and Moseley are in bed together.
Harris and Horton are in bed together.
Just a matter of making a list of players in each camp,
and eliminating those who are dupes, such as Dabbs
along with suckered Mensah. Thomas Benson is simply
a stupid accountant who will sign off anything.
Dabbs, Mensah and Benson, incidentals. Toss them out.
Those three are dupes being used.
I am pulling spelling of names from memory but you
will know of whom I write, even if misspelled.
Zsolt is a brainchild of Stargate Alexander. I suspect
this Zsolt character does not exist, just as "his"
alleged companies do not exist. Toss him through
a stargate, to where, unimportant.
The BBAN gang people are in Harris' camp. Ben Stanley
is still a player as well as is John Walsh. Toss both
in with Harris.
Harris, Horton, Stanley and Walsh.
How about Canady and Sakli? Both are known criminals
involved in phony bonds. This is established by a
variety of court cases I have shared in the past. My
opinion is Harris approached Canady, through Cason,
to pull a fake Finland bond to create an appearance
of greater company assets. Harris did not pay off
Canady and crew so they gave him to boot in a way
which protects them from prosecution; Cease & Desist.
My brief outline, ignoring other incidental players
who are playing both camps, comes down to our two
primary camps at "war" in all this.
Alexander and Moseley (Amazon log scam).
versus
Harris, Horton, Stanley and Walsh (bonds scam).
My opinion is Harris has been keeping an eye open for
a shell takeover candidate to pull another BBAN scam.
Harris discovers bankrupt Fronthaul, contacts Alexander,
makes an assessment Alexander is a meathead who is very
easily duped. After bending Alexander's ear with whispered
sweet lies, Alexander, motivated by promises of great
riches through market manipulation, tosses in with Harris.
Harris goes to work developing his scam, begins pulling
in other players, Alexander is impressed and begins a
more active role in this scam, evidenced by his bringing
in Moseley and the Amazon logs, the Ecowood scam.
Alexander, being a meathead, does not well assess Harris
and is eventually taken by surprise by Harris' activities
but Alexander does not realize all is out of control until
far too late.
Harris suffers the "short man" complex further exasperated
by his being an uneducated illiterate, a loser. Harris is
an egomaniac, a very poor thinker. He feeds on his own ego,
thinks himself invincible, then moves in ludicrous activities
and claims, of which we know the history.
Alexander is actually a school yard coward bully. This is
in evidence by his online war games, Stargate and his
alleged shooting of a buffalo with a handgun. All of this
is in keeping with his military background, and his being
a meathead is evidenced by Alexander only achieving a
rank of specialist despite his ultra-macho self image;
he thinks himself a body builder but is a blob of flab.
In steps the SEC.
The SEC causes Alexander to piddle his pants, he is in
a panic, looking for an escape. Being a meathead, his
first thought is to kick out Harris and all will be well.
He kicks out Harris, his anxiety is somewhat lessened and
he begins looking closer. Soon, Alexander realizes there
is no way to free himself from this convoluted web of
deceit spun by Harris. Alexander panics again and decides
he can maintain an appearance of innocence through his
resigning and giving back control to Harris.
"Harris will take all the blame."
This will not happen or should not happen. Those SEC lawyers
on this are well educated, sharp and aggressive. Besides,
there is no doubt Harris pissed off those SEC lawyers by
his constantly insulting them. Currently, fairly safe to
assume those SEC lawyers are working at developing strong
evidence as a base to litigate against Harris.
During the course of the SEC investigation, those lawyers
will turn over every stone possible and, as with me, will
discover every stone turned, out crawls a crook. No doubt
the SEC is looking at all players as a matter of normal
course of an investigation.
Fairly sure bet the SEC will eventually turn this over to
the Department of Justice with a request Harris be subjected
to criminal prosecution, being a long known recalcitrant.
Alexander and Moseley, might be drawn into the civil case,
more likely just Alexander. However, I think both will
escape criminal prosecution. Stanley and Walsh, chances
are they will escape completely.
Harris is had. Just a matter of time and the SEC will
fry him, really bad. Alexander, maybe, maybe not.
An incidental is, odds are fifty-fifty, CSHD stock will
be revoked. The SEC is less prone to revoking a stock
because of the damage done to the public. However, the
SEC does revoke stock and just might.
To close, this is an insider war between the Harris camp
and the Alexander camp. Harris has won this war displayed
by Alexander waving a white flag, then tucking tail and
running, which is a major mistake.
Nonetheless, those of both camps are such utter ignorant
uneducated meatheads, none comprehend the deep, very deep
trouble about to come their way through the SEC.
The SEC will be the final victor, and bagholders, well,
they will simply move into the next scam for which they
will, without doubt, sucker.
