Snagged Post # 4000, Andrew Vance would be proud of me!!! ;-)

SVGI provided its MicrascanII+QML for Intel's first 0.25u production.
They don't publicly announce whose equipment or what processes are being used, so it's impossible to say that they don't have anyone else's steppers.

There have been no reliable reports of anything but SVGI for 0.25u in production there.
