I don't think its very likely that we will get a glut in skilled professionals in the US through immigration. We already have limits on legal immigration, and skilled professionals are less likely to immigrate illegally (or be able to work in their profession if they do immigrate illegally). Also immigration also creates more demand for services, so unless a disproportionate percentage of immigrants where highly skilled in particular areas you wouldn't have a major problem with any glut. The Indians and Pakis want to be MILLIONAIRES! What's wrong with that? Is there some reason they can't own a 7 Eleven or Ramada Inn in there own countries? Well the profits will probably be lower, since there is less money in their countries. If they actually become millionaires, then most likely the US has benefited from them being here, unless they became millionaires through crime.
