Your even-handed political philosophy is to be admired, however today's Democrats constantly manage to disappoint. That prediction comes from a former Democrat who speaks with some authority on the subject. Republicans have betrayed our trust as well in recent yrs, but their mistakes have not resulted in another terrorist attack. We all sincerely hope we can say the same about the Dems in the future, although it's highly unlikely. Democrat cmtes will shortly set to work dismantling the successful security provisions...it's simply their illogical nature on national security issues.
