I don't entirely believe ANY news outlet but the least biased one that I have found is the Fox news outlet

You obviously missed the story yesterday of the leaking of the daily FOX News memo where they specifically instruct their broadcasters on how to slant that day's news. But, hey, Murdock certainly appreciates your 'head in the sand' attitude. Makes you a perfect FOX viewer - uninformed, and committed to staying that way.

Where did you get the 'millions upon millions' slaughtered? You're obviously mixing that up with the history of Christianity, which has given us the Crusades, the Inquisition, and the 100 Years War. These conflicts and genocides have had no rival in middle age times as far as death, torture, and slaughter in the name of religion.

What happened when the Crusaders took Jerusalem during the first Crusade? They slaughtered the Muslim population. And, the slaughtered the Jews. And, for good measure, they slaughtered the Christians, apparently because they believed Good Christians don't comingle with non-Christians.

What happened when the Muslims took the city back decades later? They ransomed the population, but did not slaughter them. Quite a contrast.

That's not to say that each religion, including Islam, haven't had their bloody moments. But, that's the point: extremism in the name of religion is a terrible thing. To say that it is unique to Islam is to deny reality and history. Today's radicalization of Islam is more due to economic and political power issues than religion. These radicals are simply hijacking a different religion this time.

We obviously need more than the voices that have been running things recently in this 'war on terror'. Those voices belong to people who have been completely clueless in how to fight this 'war'. Instead of pushing us towards victory, we've taken huge steps backwards, and played right into the hands of the murderous extremists.
