That report is nearly a year old. Of course you knew that. Abu graib is now in the hands of the Muslims, and many of the prisoners at Gitmo could have/and should have been killed for crimes against the Geneva Conventions. Perhaps the US should be encouraged to more strictly enforce those conventions. Killing off those guilty of warcrimes would make Gitmo an empty place, and relieve the US of feeding, medicating and looking after many of these criminals.
