Fuchi , in my opinion a monopoly based on superior product , should not be illegal . Threatening to end CPU sales to customers who consider buying from another source , is abuse of power and should be illegal . Intel's strong arm tactics and the fear they cause are no secret. Are these tactics considered acceptable in the name of industry standardization ? ..apparently to some people yes , mostly INTC investors I would think... JK
