Bill,

I don't think there is that much that the Justice Department can/will do. It's not like MS is really breaking any of the big bad rules. The only thing they might be accused of is "dumping".. but then again, they are a US firm and so they are exempt from that. MS can just say "we are just using it (the free stuff) to enhance the appeal of our server itself (Windows NT)".
