Facilitate the splitting of Iraq into three provinces. Work out an oil-sharing plan, but don't appease the Sunnis. They lost, so they'll have to take more of the pain than the Sunnis and Kurds. Iraqis will learn, and earn, the price of freedom.
Move half the troops in Iraq to Afghanistan. Crush the Taliban that we've allowed to resurge. Go right up to the border of Pakistan, and dare/shame/force Pakistan to do the same on their side. Truly rebuild the country with half the money we wasted in Iraq.
Face down Israel. Get an Palestinian state up and running. Urge Israel, through sanctions if necessary, to fairly partition the West Bank and remove at least a portion of their settlements. Then they can build a 100 foot wall if they want; doesn't matter, their economy will collapse without Palestinian workers, so there will still be the need for interaction. Let Palestinians take responsibility for themselves, without the constant intrusion of Israel. If they kill each other, well, they'll also learn. This cuts the legs out of a lot of the terrorist recruiters.
Finally, find bin Laden. We said we'd do it; get it done and really show the world that we mean business.
