Jeff, Adam and ALL: I spoke With Jack Purdy recently and he said that they are still working on a change of business with the VSE. They are trying to put a natural resouce play together using PTV as the Corp. Both Mr. and Mrs. Joan Purdy appear to be people of financial substance and are involved in many companies as directors and investors. All roles for Purdy Jack You can click on a company to see more information about it (free) ARMAC INV was disclosed as a shareholder of Co 9309 Bard Silver & Gold Ltd was disclosed as holding an option on shares of Co 9311 bought a private placement in Co 9502 was disclosed as a shareholder of Co 9502 cancelled a previously announced private placement 9502 Castle Rock Exploration Corp was disclosed as a shareholder of Co 9510 was disclosed as a finder for Co 9510 Dragon Gem Corp bought a private placement in Co 9602 was disclosed as a shareholder of Co 9602 Pure Gold Resources Inc became a consultant to Co 9410 was disclosed as holding an option on shares of Co 9410 Serengeti Diamonds Ltd was disclosed as a shareholder of Co 9401 bought a private placement in Co 9401 Ventir Challenge Enterprises Ltd was disclosed as a litigant with Co 9702 Mrs. Purdy is listed as a director of PTV and numerous other companies.
