Casey, it seems to me that you've fallen prey to the typical market myopia. Even assuming that your pessimistic earnings assumptions come to pass, they in no way speak to the long-term earnings prospects of the company, and ultimately this is the basis for how the market values securities. ASND is in a transitional period this quarter, and the key for its future is how well CSCC operations will have been merged into ASND's game plan and at which point CSCC's earnings are accretive. For example, this quarter will give us a first glimpse at how successful the company has been in reducing SG&A expenses, which should have a major impact going forward. Barring a catastrophe, this quarter's eanings are irrelevant. I continue to believe that ASND will be an excellent long-term hold. Regards, Paul
