eleutheria, Sorry I didn't know you are allergic to corn. How about a very refreshing jello mold ? We serve this in a footed, clear crystal,antique dish and it's always so festive looking as well as, refreshing, and EASY.

2 small pkgs of cherry jello
1 1/2 Cups boiling water
1 - 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries
1 can whole cranberries
1 - 3 oz can crushed pineapple, including juice

Melt jello in boiling water
Add frozen strawberries, cranberries, and pineapple.
Pour into mold.
Refrigerate.
