You're right, zarman. Usually when everyone else is buying, it means head for the exits. I really don't think everyone else is buying here. I think we are a minority in the investment realm. I doubt many institutions have yet gotten on board, primarily due to the public aversion-of-late to juniors, but also greatly because this is NOT as well a known story as us 'in the know' may suspect.
However, with more concrete news expected, and an increase in public awareness of the true potential here, we shall be seeing more risk capital entering this pool! I think this is just getting started (MY opinion).
Again, keep your rent money out of this, and check your emotions at the door. But heh, with out a little fear (a product of risk), one really can't expect much in the way of returns.
Most importantly, when one starts 'risking' more than one can afford to lose, one makes rash, erroneous decisions. The stock market is no place for emotion!
