Here's about 1/3 of what I've collected. I might type in the other 2/3's but only if the thread wants it. Steve, Your insights and data are very, very welcome. I would implore you to keep on contributing, and get on any damn thread you want (keeping news to news, of course). You've packed more information into 1 post than I've seen in 100 posts. This is a very intense thread and, sometimes, people can get out of sorts. It happens to the best of us and, with ASND's behavior of late, is somewhat understandable. Still, you have a great deal to contribute and I'm confident that many, many readers here would value anything you might have to add. So please keep it up! Thanks, Gary Korn
