Michael Can you tell me about the management and their past success. They seem to be very active. I have been following the company for some time. I think the TVX deal was a bad idea and I did not invest. Holding real estate in Latin America is not cheap. Why did TVX leave Peru? Obviously they had poor results. I think Ballad should concentrate on their new properties and drop their TVX properties.
