There ISN'T any "solution" in Iraq. They are going to have a civil war to determine their fate. The best we can do is withdraw to the stable areas and attempt to keep other players out as we draw down and leave. Instead of reinforcing Baghdad, we should get the hell OUT of Baghdad.

We could move the bulk of our troops into Kurdistan to keep Turkey from invading. The rest we could move into the Shia dominated south that is also fairly stable.

I'm sick of our spending 8 billion a month in this losing enterprise and feeding it 30 Americans a month. The fear mongering about leaving is based on the lie that the worst case scenario is the certain outcome. It's not. The same people promoting the lie are the ones that lied us INTO the mess to begin with.

Iraq was the biggest foreign policy mistake in American history, and the sooner we walk away from it, the sooner it will be minimized.
