Still, it's difficult to retain focus and integrate the myriad cultures.

They don't have to - most of the acquisitions (other than SBL) are probably ~100 person companies. MOT has tens of thousands of employees (who knows, but a lot). The small acquired companies will remain separate, develop whatever technology they are working on, then the regular MOT salesforce will push it onto their customers. It's basically MOT buying other worker's R&D, not integrating cultures of equals. You're thinking HPQ-CPQ when this is closer to the Raiders drafting a college prospect.
