Blah blah blah. Righties love to define everything according to money. Even if one were to accept that what the article says is true, which I don't because there could have been all kinds of distortions that went in to how the data was interpreted, it is a typically righty attitude that says money transactions are the barometer by which charity of spirit should be judged. And if his data comes from tax deductible charity contributions it could also be interpreted that righties have to get something back for what they give (in the form of a tax deduction) whereas lefties may just give and let it end there, not bragging about it or trying to get some benefit from it.

It is also typically righty thinking to paint things as so black and white as if one could separate everyone in the world in to a lefty or a righty. There are social issues there are financial issues there are legal issues and I don't know if I know anyone who is totally righty or lefty on all issues. If such people exist they are certainly a very small minority.

So this article is just another in a long line of hollow attempts by the right to demonize the left for wanting balance of powers and a fair shake for the working class.
